Campaigns flip Vocal around: instead of answering, your agent makes the calls — lead follow-up, appointment reminders, reactivating past customers, confirming tomorrow’s schedule.

Run a campaign

1

Get your contacts in

Add contacts in Contacts — people who’ve called you are already there.
2

Create the campaign

Pick the agent that will make the calls and the contacts to call. Agents built for outbound work best with a workflow that gets to the point: who’s calling, why, and what happens next.
3

Start it

Vocal dials automatically, pacing calls within your plan’s concurrent-call limit. Pause or resume anytime.

No-answers and voicemail

Unanswered calls and voicemails are retried automatically — by default up to 3 attempts, spaced 4 hours apart (adjustable in your call settings). Every attempt and result is logged on the contact, and answered calls land in your Inbox with the same recording, transcript, summary, and outcome labels as inbound calls.
Unanswered dials don’t count against your included AI calls — see how usage is billed.

Call people the right way

Outbound calling has real rules (in the US, the TCPA). Practical version:
  • Call people with a relationship or consent — your leads, your customers, people who asked to be contacted. Not purchased lists.
  • Call at reasonable local hours.
  • Honor “don’t call me again” — remove them from future campaigns.
Warm lists (“you asked for an estimate last month”) also convert dramatically better than cold ones — compliance and performance point the same direction.
