Facebook Lead Ads

Brings new leads from your Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms into Vocal as soon as they submit. Instagram lead ads come through the same Facebook Page, so one connection covers both.

Connect your Page

Open Facebook Lead Ads and click Connect Facebook Page. Sign in to Facebook and pick the Page that runs your ads.

Choose what each form does

Your Page’s lead forms load automatically. For each form you want to collect, choose Save lead, don’t call.
Each new lead is saved as a contact in Vocal with the lead’s form answers. Before your team calls or texts these leads, add a consent checkbox to the Instant Form (in the form’s privacy section) that covers phone calls and text messages.

Telegram

Ask about your calls from Telegram: summaries, outcomes, and transcripts, answered by Iris. Open Telegram and click Connect to Telegram, open the Vocal bot, and press Start in the chat. The page connects on its own when you come back. Owners and Admins can connect, and each person links their own Telegram account. Need another integration to move your team to Vocal?
